It receives feedback sent from inside our products, so that a report becomes a tracked ticket with a reference the sender can quote back, instead of an email nobody owns.

If you arrived here by following a link, nothing is broken. There is simply nothing to read at this address. The place to send feedback is the Feedback button inside the product you are using.

POST /api/feedback is the only route. Everything else answers 404, including this page's neighbors.

Nothing sent here is shared with anyone outside the team that builds the product, and an email address is optional: it is used to tell you what happened to your report, and for nothing else.
